I ordered my 2yr old daughter a Snow White Costume. I could not find this dress anywhere online in this specific size. The smallest size was a 3-4. It was big on her but I pinned up the hems and shoulders and it was fine. It came just in time for a princess breakfast that we were supposed to attend on saturday. Customer Service was excellent! I would most definitely order again from this site. |

SUGGESTION: Even with reading glasses, I am having a hard time reading what is typed to the left of this box. You definitely need to use larger font size for us old folks. With regard to Costume City, I was delighted with the customer service I rece...ived. My order was a Cinderella costume and all the accessories. After placing the order, I noticed I had overlooked ordering a Cinderella watch. I added it to the order by email. I got a phone call from James saying the watch would not be shipped with the order because of a battery problem. This gave me plenty of time to find a watch elsewhere in time for my 4th year old nieces birthday party. Also, when my order arrived I noticed there were two right Cinderella slippers. I called right away and told James I needed a left slipper shipped as soon as possible. It was received the day before the party. The Cinderella costume was a huge hit! My niece had to try it on while she was still opening other gifts. She looked adorable. I definitely recommend Costume City. |
